I’d first inspect the bot payload/config and compare it against a working Viber bot, then correct the schema before republishing. I can help troubleshoot this. Given escalation and Desk are working, I’d focus on whether the HITL timeout job is actually being scheduled/fired rather than the flow config itself. I’d also check the HITL/Desk event logs around the assignment state and session lifecycle. One key question: does the timeout fire when you manually assign the ticket to an agent and then leave it untouched, or does it fail only while the ticket remains unassigned? @clever-exabyte-40857

Hey how r you? set up Luxon inside a Botpress Execute Code card was a good idea😊... btw, I'm currently facing a critical issue with the native Google Calendar integration (specifically the Check Availability card). I have an Execute Code block running right before it that processes the user's input and outputs clean date strings into workflow.dataISO and workflow.dataFineISO.The issue is that the Check Availability card constantly throws a Bad Request error whenever I pass these variables into the Start Time and End Time fields.The output variable mapping at the bottom works fine, so the issue is definitely about how the Google Calendar card receives or expects the date format from the workflow variables. How should I format the date string in JavaScript, and what is the exact syntax to write inside the Start/End Time fields to prevent this Bad Request? f ypu or anyone can help i'll be very grateful🙏 Thanks a ton in advance
