Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I am a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer with over seven years of development experience, currently working as a freelancer. I am seeking a long-term partner based in the US or Europe. Ideally, I am looking for a male collaborator in his 30s or older who is fluent in English (and preferably other languages) and possesses excellent communication skills. This is a paid, long-term partnership involving a monthly revenue-sharing arrangement. If you are interested, please send me a DM with a brief introduction (including your name, country, profession, age, etc.).

Hey @thankful-knife-15870 this sounds more like a retrieval/chunking issue than a model issue. GPT-4.1 should handle this well if the right KB chunks are being retrieved. If too much context is sent, it can also get truncated. Are the relevant KB chunks actually showing up in your logs for the failed queries?

Heya! Thanks for the reply! I actually now solved the Issue (hopefully) by splitting the FAQ file into its 11 sections as md files of their own. Not it seems to work better. Was a truncating problem, the last part of the file wasn't even handed to the AI, it seems.

Glad you found the cause! Splitting the KB into smaller files is the right approach. I'd also run a few queries against each section to make sure retrieval is consistent and there's no overlap or missing context. How's the accuracy looking after the change?

Your scope is very achievable with Botpress if the architecture is designed as a reusable template from the start, rather than building each client separately. I'd structure it with a shared core flow, modular knowledge sources, and API/webhook integrations so onboarding a new SME takes under an hour. I can help you build that MVP end-to-end. One question: do you already have the Botpress workspace and Meta/OpenAI APIs set up, or should those be included as part of the build? @gifted-journalist-83742

Hi everyone! 👋 I'm running into a blocking bug with the Botpress webchat embedded on my Shopify store. The chat widget loads (icon appears) but when I try to open it / send a message, nothing happens — it just hangs. Console error: TypeError: requestURL.includes is not a function at (index):186:37 at async a (inject.js:298:9224) at async (inject.js:370:40887) What I've already ruled out: Not a conflict with any Shopify app (tested with all apps' embeds/scripts disabled: Hextom Shipping Bar, Judge.me, Nova Cookie Consent, Discounty, TYDAL Popups, Lably — uninstalled/disabled one by one, error persists) Not a browser extension/ad-blocker (tested in a private/incognito window, error persists) Not Shopify's Customer Events pixels (Google, Facebook, Judge.me) The error seems to come directly from inject.js itself, possibly related to how it calls fetch/handles a request URL in the Shopify environment. Has anyone seen this before, or know if it's a known compatibility issue with Shopify's storefront (e.g. its native Web Pixels sandboxing of fetch)? Happy to share more details (script setup, full console logs) if helpful. Thanks in advance! 🙏

I can help you debug this. Since you've already ruled out app conflicts, I'd focus on the Botpress embed itself. That error usually points to a non-string being passed where a URL is expected. Does the same embed work on a plain HTML page, and could you share your embed snippet? @flat-flag-71245

Hello Botpress Team, My email address is: fodiljon2007@gmail.com First of all, I would like to say that I really love Botpress. It is one of the most convenient and user-friendly platforms I have worked with, and I truly enjoy building projects on it. I paid all my fees at time. Unfortunately, I have recently encountered a problem with my account. When I try to log in, I receive the following error: "Login Error - Unable to access your account. Oops! Something went wrong. We're sorry, but we could not log you in at this time. Please try again later or contact support for assistance." I have already tried refreshing the page, clearing the cache, and using different browsers/devices, but the issue remains. Interestingly, my bot still appears to work through Telegram, but I cannot access the Botpress web platform itself. Could you please help me investigate this issue and check whether there is a problem with my account or authentication settings? Thank you very much for your time and support. I would really appreciate any assistance.

Hi, I’m currently looking for my next embedded or firmware project. My strongest area is taking a device from early prototype work through board bring-up, driver development, communication testing, debugging, and stable operation. Most of my experience is with ARM-based systems, embedded Linux, FreeRTOS, Zephyr, STM32, ESP32, sensors, and network-connected devices. I can also handle the supporting software side, including Python automation, REST integrations, Linux scripting, testing, and remote device monitoring. I’d especially like to connect with teams working in IoT, robotics, smart hardware, industrial devices, or other products where firmware and physical hardware need to work reliably together. Happy to chat if you’re hiring or have a project that could use this background.

After eight years working as a software engineer, I realized something about myself: I love building things, but I don't enjoy selling myself. Give me a difficult technical problem, a messy codebase, or a system that needs to be designed from scratch, and I can spend hours happily working on it. But put me in an HR interview, ask me to explain my value in a few minutes, or ask me to convince someone why an idea is worth pursuing, and suddenly I'm not playing my strongest game. I've met many people who are the opposite. They might not want to spend their nights thinking about system architecture or debugging a difficult production issue, but they are naturally good at talking with people, understanding what others need, explaining ideas clearly, and building trust. And I think that's valuable. The problem is that the industry often expects one person to be everything at once: an excellent engineer, a great communicator, a salesperson, a leader, and a relationship builder. Those people exist, but they are rare. I've started thinking that maybe the better approach is not trying to become someone I'm not. Maybe the better approach is finding someone whose strengths complete mine. I'm looking for someone who enjoys the parts I struggle with: talking to clients, creating opportunities, building relationships, and communicating ideas. In return, I bring eight years of experience designing software, building systems, and turning ideas into working products. I don't think great companies are built by people who are good at everything. I think they're built by people who know what they are good at and find others who complement them. If you feel like you have the opposite problem - you're great with people and opportunities but need someone who can build - I would love to talk.

guys, Agent Router is giving new users $200 in free API credits. Models available: gpt-5.6-sol, claude-opus-5, claude-opus-5 Eligibility: Your GitHub account must have been created before 2025. How to claim: 1. Go to https://agentrouter.org/register?aff=qvhF 2. Sign up with GitHub only (skip Gmail or username options) That’s it. I tested the credits with my Hermes agent and ran GPT-5.6 Sol without issues. If you qualify, grab them while they’re still available. You'll still get 50$ even if your account is newer. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1108396291060408352/1535838170212732988/image.png?ex=6a793842&is=6a77e6c2&hm=3c2b262b23f6edefdd92828b90c836cd55351a74f139f5c4cc2a94df761676ae& https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1108396291060408352/1535838170577371206/image.png?ex=6a793842&is=6a77e6c2&hm=e175c272c998961c409470f6e1c8e9594c5bd2d736037ee548e2f4da80283027&
