Ah, that happens a lot with the Halloween 2025 theme. When the chat widget or floating button disappears, it’s usually because the theme overrides the default app containers, or the widget script isn’t loading in the right place

Hello, i have a problem with the bot and my shopify. I'm using the theme : Purity. When i add the script all the css bug. Like zoomed in. I tried to put it in the head and in the body section, nothing work. I tried to put it in an iframe and nothing works. Pleaseee helpppp

Hello Team! Great to see a proper Shopify integration in the works! One thing I hope gets addressed in the new version is the Admin API Access Token issue. Shopify's new Dev Dashboard apps (mandatory since Jan 1, 2026) only issue tokens that expire every 24 hours via a client credentials grant. There's no permanent token anymore, so the current integration breaks daily. For the new integration please consider supporting Client ID + Client Secret so Botpress can handle token refresh automatically. That would make it actually viable for anyone using a new Shopify custom app. 🙏 In the meantime, is there a recommended workaround for the 24 hour token limitation? I'm thinking of either running a daily cron job to regenerate the token, or using HTTP Request nodes in flows instead of the native integration. Has anyone got a cleaner solution working? Thank you!
