So if I want to have answers only from the knowledge base I can't write at the beginning of the knowledge base something like "You don't have history knowledge" but instead I should take the output of the knowledge bot and feed it to an AI task and in the prompt I say something like check if this text includes historical facts and then I'll deal with it some other way.
