I'm developing a chatbot for a client, we will integrate the chatbot with WhatsApp and Instagram.
1) If we use these integrations, is a human agent able to answer to the customer as well or only the chatbot?
2) If not, how can I accomplish this with my own integration? can I get some kind of support for this? (I'm a developer)
4) I'd also like to create an integration for being able to receive/redirect images from WhatsApp and Instagram messages, is this possible?
