OK, have you checked the Logs of your bot in the BP Cloud dashboard to see if maybe there's an error happening in the workflow that's preventing the message from being sent? Also, you may want to double check that the webhook URL, verification token, and API token are all matching between the Whatsapp settings of your bot and the one you have in the Meta dashboard.
