I see. From my experience with setting up Whatsapp, it's generally the access token, webhook URL, or verify token that have a mismatch or the Webhook fields that could prevent the reply from being received. If there's nothing unusual in the bot logs it would mean no issue was detected sending the message back to the Whatsapp API.
