Hello Botpress Community, I'm currently trying to integrate WhatsApp with Botpress and I'm facing some issues. I have followed the official Botpress documentation for WhatsApp integration and have successfully completed all the steps up to the "Creating Conversations" section. I have set up my WhatsApp Business API, created a bot in Botpress, configured the WhatsApp channel with my WhatsApp Business number and API token, and created a workflow for my bot. However, when I send a message to my WhatsApp Business number, my bot does not respond. I have checked my WhatsApp configuration in Botpress and my workflow, and everything seems to be set up correctly. I have also checked the Botpress logs, but I didn't find any error messages that could indicate what the problem might be. I'm not sure how to proceed with the "Creating Conversations" section of the documentation. I understand that this involves using approved message templates to initiate conversations with users, but I'm not sure how to implement this in my bot. Could anyone provide some guidance on how to troubleshoot this issue and how to implement the "Creating Conversations" step? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
