One way it could be done eventually is by allowing to pass custom metadata in the webchat config and then providing a way to the bot to access it. This something not currently supported at the moment AFAIK but could you post what you're looking for in the #1111026806254993459 channels with all the details of your use case so that other people can upvote it?
