For Botpress Cloud, you could fork our open source botpress/botpress repository in Github and customize the Whatsapp integration (see: https://github.com/botpress/botpress/tree/master/integrations/whatsapp) to support those channels, and then use the Botpress CLI to deploy your customized Whatsapp integration to your workspace so you can use it in your bots.
