I've added KB articles to my bot, but i am really looking for a way to call an API with a question and receive a response. Current API requires an integration, user, or some other properties to be passed in. Is there a simpler approach? I've also looked at the webhook integration, but im not sure how to use it. And the link "How can I connect my chatbot?" under the webhook integration does not take you anywhere useful.
