I've added KB articles to my bot, but i am really looking for a way to call an API with a question and receive a response. Current API requires an integration, user, or some other properties to be passed in. I believe there should be a simpler API for this. Like the message (get-create) api, a user id of some kind can still be passed in, but really it should be proactive and BP internals should know that this user id is already in the system or its not and auto-create the user on the BP side. PS: I've also looked at the webhook integration, but im not sure how to use it. And the link "How can I connect my chatbot?" under the webhook integration does not take you anywhere useful.

I've found youtube as a better resource for integration examples.
