The 2 issues i have had is KB, (now resolved with todays updated release) and Ai Responses changing Text when the user is being asked, e.g for the business name. If the personality Agent has too many requests of it in how to act and what actions to take it overrides the Variable data capture. e.g, Bot needs to Ask: 'What is your business name' the Personality trait overrides and states something like 'we are called You Bloggs Business Name' So we can maximise the GPT functionality we ideally need to create a way that will stop Ai from acting on these variable requests. I've tried every configuration possible and found that by limiting the personality of the bot and its instructions then we can keep it active without it overriding anything, but it kind of defeats the idea of capturing data and having a chatgpt chat option functionality
