It would be absolutely amazing to somehow get an understanding of how your chatbot is being used when it has been deployed on a customer's website. That way you can optimize it to make the user experience even better by being able to identify potential problems (dropouts), seeing which features the users actual use in a complex chatbot etc etc. Take care!

currently there is analytics, do you want more metrics? do you have some specific metrics in mind?

Thanks for the info JB! Well, to start with it would be interesting to get an overview of which nodes in a chatbot that are frequently used. Also, it would be great if you can have something similar to Google analytics "bounce rate", telling us how many of our chatbot users that actually "completed" the funnel (start to finish).
