What if the same person wanted to see it again or show it to their co partner or another department. I think a better solution would be to have a max number of messages sent

Could also have a time sensitive link. So that it expires in a week for example. If they need more time another link can be sent 🙂

You could look into a service like Safenote which lets you send a link with a password
