Hi, i have a question. Set up the chatbot to notify the administrator if a question is asked that the chatbot is not knowledgeable enough to answer. The administrator then answers directly to the user. Or send a message to the user to wait for the administrator to come on site. Is it possible to do the above? Is there a way to do this written somewhere? If anyone knows, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
