Hi, can anyone please help me with timeouts? I can't get it to work.. The simulate timeout event is not executing the timeout event (it's not doing anything) and I can't figure out a way to return to the conversation if the user wants to continue after the timeout executes. There is very little documentation to this. Thanks in advance!
