When I am trying something new and don’t want to effect the existing functionality I find myself having to export and reimport and modify and it’s stops me from wanting to try new things. I don’t know if it’s possible to create a restore point / branch so that if you do screw up you can always go back very quickly. I was going my to attempt using GitHub and storing the exports but ya hard to encompass that with the knowledge bases too

I have another bot for purely just testing
Would recommend it in the mean time

appreciate the quick response. I do have a 'discord bot' that I use to test something new but moving it to production is more on the scary side. I guess I can just take an export for now before i play with things... I'll have to test it out to make sure that the KB isn't affectd if I reimport an older revision of the bot
f
Or you could just export the bot that you are working on as a backup. Then use that as a restore point
I do that when i mess with my kb's to make sure i dont loose to much if i mess up
q
I think that'll be the best way to go so I can keep moving forward! Cheers bud!
