1st is the workflow you referred, 2nd is the beginning of my workflow
In my case I don't need to verify anything. So I've directly connected the start node with the Greetings. Same for auto-start, I've connected the trigger to the Greetings node directly.
And speaking of logs,

Have you tried the normal things, type this to Emulator: //state/reset
then publish it again and try in the Webchat, since triggers are not working in Emulator

sometimes when they get disconnected, and I notice that, I connect them again wrong

The thing is I did not change anything when I came to work. I don't understand what could have happened. I tried to disconnect, reconnect keeping only one node connected everything. Nothing worked.

And there was more. Till yesterday the bot was considering user's input as question only if the input contains a question mark 😂 . Sorry I'm not laughing at the development, but my situation. I was supposed to show this chatbot to my seniors today to finalize it but here I am 😅
I feel they've worked very well to build the Botpress. But I got this situation this time.

Did you already try deleting the Trigger and creating a new one?

Yes I did. In that case it was not even showing me the Conversation Started trigger. In fact it was showing just one option of schedular I guess. Earlier it used to show three or four triggers including the conversationstarted.

Have you tried to export the chatbot to your local computer, then import that file to a new chatbot?
I always try all these if I think something is wrong

You want to make sure all of your nodes are connected to something. If you want to end the conversation make sure you connect them to the end node
Else it will throw an error
