The "Always Alive" Mode does not mean the chatbot will never timeout. Conversations can still end if they're inactive. Normally, if the bot hasn't been used for a few minutes, it might take a bit longer to respond when you start a new conversation. However, if you have the "Always Alive" feature, this delay is eliminated, and the chatbot responds quickly, even if it hasn't been used recently.
