Hi, If I set it to '0' then I was getting all the chat transcripts stored but maybe there is some bug in it. due to which after setting it to 0 it is automatically changing back to 10. Is there any solution to this? If so please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for raising that. But I am curious about why do you want to turn it to 0? why don't you turn off the whole summary agent?

If I give it a number it is for the maximum number of lines in the transcript [e.g. [100 (maximum number)] represents 100 lines or less in the transcript. By setting it to 0 it generates unlimited lines. Earlier it used to work properly but now this bug is coming since 8-9 days.

But this is not a bug. That's the fix.
