Need Help!! I have asked this several times and I got no responses. It'll be extremely helpful if you can or can give any suggestion/guidance. I created a chatbot for my client's car dealership business, designed for both the website and WhatsApp. In the system, users can choose to contact a specific employee, and their details along with the question are sent to a Slack Channel where the employees are accessible (which I've already implemented). However, I'm struggling to establish a system where employees can respond in Slack, and the replies are then displayed to the user in their chatbot on either WhatsApp or the website. I appreciate any assistance you can provide!
