Hey Cloud Hero Just to clarify, you are not paying $5 for the conversation starter trigger with the Always Alive feature. Everyone including the free plan has the conversation starting trigger. Without purchasing the Always Alive your bot is in a sleeping mode when it's not being used. Then when a user writes to it it has to wake up before doing anything. When you have purchased the Always Alive feature your bot will never sleep and it will always be ready to take an action.
