Was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I am trying to take my conversation history and evaluate it to determine what dept we should email based on the questions provided. Do I need to create a table or sheet that puts in the topics for each dept and then check off that? And then re-write the conversation history to a brief question to email to the correct dept support email system. Thanks all!
