Okay, the R side panel will show options when you have enabled either the Translator or Personality Agents using the Agents in L side panel. Those 2 Agents are controlled on the node level; when those are turned off, the side panel will look like your screenshot. Knowledge Agents are controlled on the Card level now, which is what the 📖 book icon indicates in your Question card inside your node. Your KB should be working if you've set it up already.
