Hello! I have built a bot with Zendesk integration but with the HITL agent disabled as I don't need it. I just need to create Zendesk tickets. The ticket creation works fine. But if the ticket is replied to from within Zendesk, then it starts a conversation flow with the bot which is not the goal. I just want the replies to be sent to the provided userEmail. Can someone kindly help me with this?
