Guys i need some help with handling fall backs, it just don't work. Right now i've set it up in the same way as the tutorials, my bot can answer questions when it's in the knowledge base, but when asking a random question it just ends the conversation. Can you help me in some way, maybe sending a template you have or anything else? Thank you in advance Carl
