My KB agent context is the same, except where you have the statement "You are a helpful assistant...", that's where I have been trying variations of "Do not add any of the following types of statements in your answer: citations, disclaimers, additional notes, cautionary statements or warnings, etc..." I have tried wording those instructions a variety of ways but it still sometimes comes back with answers containing those statements. It is even hallucinating sources sometimes, like "Please note that....For more info, refer to these additional resoures....[made up links]" I'll try your phrasing and see what happens. I wonder if yours works because of the "do not exceed a paragraph" bit. If so, unfortunately that won't work for me because I want it to give longer answers sometimes.
