Yeah, that is their framework - they use GPT3.5 and in the small model. my own bots (not using this) are using the 16k model and man, I can fit a lot more in. Also, their 2 level approach is quite bad - seriously. Your problem is really not in the scopr of botpress - what yo udescribe has a lot of issues 8like identifying the user) that need to be done, but then - you really need (a) more than a norma lvector database and (b) a lot more complex eoprational stuff. More than vector because what if there are 2- or 3 training plans for the user?
