I FOUND A WORK AROUND 🔥 So under the carousel with your product, ask the user, "which one would you like?" with a ai transition and if the user types in one of your products, it will go to that node you want the user to go to and yes, you have to add them one by one
c
Could you send a screenshot of what the workflow & the emulator looks like? 🙂
j
c
Thanks Theo

@glamorous-guitar-39983
this will explain ai transtions
g
Quick question, do the categories need to be written in english ?
@jolly-policeman-82775
j
no
jesus
wait...
Wait a damn minute
i dont think so ?
you broke my brain
g
I'm not sure if my AI transition is guessing or really understanding my categories since I wrote them in french
j
what did you wrte ?
g
for example a Non categorie, I'm pretty sure the AI would guess it means no
But I also have : L'utilisateur pose une question (Which means the user is asking a question/the user asks a question)
j
ummm
ccan you give me a screenshot of how you set it up
g
j
oh my godd
txt to categorize
{{event.preview}}
hm can you show me how you set up the node ?
g
it's a raw input card
j
yeah so do {{event.preview}}
g
j
yep
do {{event.preview}} in the a transtion
and try again
wait
only put in the keywords in the ai transtion
g
Isn't it suppose to be only for a wait for user input card the {{event.preview}}
j
no
it takes the user to a node if they say a keyword
like the example pictres
g
but both of these variables store the same answer right ? like {{event.preview}} and the {{workflow.autrequestion}}
j
yeah but use the {{event.preview}}
so it can look at the users nput more deeply i belive
g
Btw should I remove the user part in : user does XYZ
for the categories
j
👍
man can you translate the words ?
tht you have in the ai tanstion
g
Sure
j
becuas i think its wrong
g
I was about to do this a bit ago but I showed the picture instead
so First = user answers yes Second= User answers no Third= User states they have a question Fourth= The user answers by something similar to later Fifth= The user asks a question Sixth = Else
j
so
hmmm
g
So I've put them in order from first(top) to sixth(bottom)
j
so try ths
First = yes Second= no Third= have a question Fourth= The user answers by something similar to later Fifth= asks a question Sixth = Else
g
Should I write it in english ?
j
noo
no need
g
alr
j
any language, aslong as they answer in that language
g
So, I've put "else" for something the AI wouldn't know which categories it belongs to. Is it a good idea ? or will it just fuck up the AI transition
j
hmmm
it seems alright
so if the use types in the word else
it will go to the else node
g
oh oh
What I want it to do is to go through the else categorie if no categories seems to be right
for what the user wrote
j
yes
g
So is Else the word I am supposed to put in the sixth line ?
@jolly-policeman-82775 How would you name the categorie of words like : Alright, okay, of course
I call it Affirmation/Confirmation words
And actually the word Autre/Else , really fucks up the AI transition
everything seems to work fine without it
