I personally like to create separate Botpress accounts and add myself as a collaborator. I know other BotBassadors like to create workspaces within their main account 🙂 Either method is good, there is no difference in being 'lucrative'. Keeping them in your main account does make it easier to access and in a way encourages clients to setup a monthly package with you (as you are hosting & keeping the bot)
