Hello everyone! First of all, I want to thank you because I think Botpress is fantastic. I want to create a Chatbot + GPT that can assist customers who contact me via WhatsApp. My business is event space rental, and while the bot can handle many questions, after a certain point, I want the customers to be assisted to a hosts who can offer more personalized products. Currently, I use the Wati app to assign the Whatsapp conversations to the hosts. My ideal use case would be for the chatbot + GPT to handle the initial part of the sales process but then direct the customer to talk to a human (or if the customer realizes it's a chatbot and asks to speak with a human, the chatbot can inform them that a host will assist them shortly). However, if the customer writes again the next day, the chatbot should be able to handle simple queries like the status of their reservation. Is it possible to configure this scenario? Are there any use cases I can review? I'm looking forward to your response.
