The biggest reason for me as of why I prefer Botpress over other competitors is because they have a way more complex chatbot building platform than the other platform. Like there is litteraly a list of 10 event listeners proper to Botpress like UI.OPENED, UI.CLOSED, MESSAGE.RECEIVED, and many others. I think it might even be the only chatbot building platform that has this much coding potential. Most of the other chatbot building platform do not have any of those. And I'd like to add that on top of the documentation and flexibility of Botpress, there is a great community around it 🙂
