Hello everyone, i just built my company after learning how to build chatbots, i have my first client, which is my girlfriend's parents, and i don't make them anything for it (my decision) because it would sort of a "crash test" for my company. I will only ask of them an honest video feedback of my services. Concerning new clients i wondered if cold emailing was the best way to go for now, and also how much should i charge for a customer service chatbot (any range or ideas is fine) I wondered what you think about all of this and i am doing the right thing. Im in engineering so i have no idea about business plans or any of this, despite watching tons of yt videos about this topic. Any help / ideas are highly appreciated !!
