One more thing I wrote down while reading about AI and listening to AI business-related podcasts, adding my own thoughts on the subject.
Bonus idea:
Bid on government contracts. This is a big business in every country, I believe, but my knowledge on this topic is limited. In my country, hundreds or thousands of companies compete to win multi-year contracts with the government, and new contracts, offers, and bidding occur daily, year-round. Both big and small companies are treated equally in these processes. However, perhaps only the larger companies can afford to hire enough staff to research, find, and filter the most profitable contracts for their industry, and to complete every step quickly enough to have a good chance of success. In contrast, in many small or medium-sized companies, the owner or CEO (in really small companies) might be frequently clicking the 'Reload' button on the website to check for new offers.
Sometimes, even one-person companies or very small businesses win these contracts because they can offer the best deal to the government, and that contract can change their lives and the lives of their families. Therefore, they might be very keen on having a much better chance of success with your AI solution. Additionally, in medium-sized companies, this daily task might take up too much time from other important, human-only tasks (so far).
So, if you can automate the government bidding process and offer this service to small or medium-sized companies, starting with your country and language, and then expanding to other countries and languages once it works and you have actual clients using it, there might be business opportunities for your AI agency. If you can figure out which tools and websites are used by companies in your country, then see if you can improve this process with AI and automate it as much as possible, you may just find a viable business model.
