But would that be useful only for the first time they're booking an appointment ? Since after they got their appointment, they directly appoint the next one (or in most case). And as of right now, people are only building appointment booking chatbot where a chatbot asks for name, email and phone number which isn't really that useful for people after they got their first appointment, and I dare calling it useless as of second booking
