It depends what you mean by a HR department. A HR department at a company with 1,000 employees is going to be a lot harder to crack into than a company with 20 employees that doesn't really have a HR department but still has all the same HR issues to deal with, there is a real opportunity there. Ultimately it comes down to exactly what service you are providing. Where are you located?
