Yes you are right, but it depends on your plan. For my agency, if it’s one off bot purchase its stated in the contract that after the first two weeks of delivery (where we adjust anything or test for bugs) they are responsible for any fixes or maintenance. If it’s a monthly pricing plan, then we stated that we will deal with any issues once they arrive🙂 We would communicate with the client and keep them updated!
