so these are the steps 1: let him pay half 2: get on a meeting ask him questions about the bot 3: after the meeting is over, build the bot with demo content like demo products, services, pricing ect.. 4: get on a call again and explain that these are demo content on the bot 5: if he likes the layout of the content ask him for the real info about his business 6: put those things into the bot and wait 1 day or 6 hours if he is not in a rush 7: show him the complete bot, ask him if he likes it or not. And he he likes it then ask him to pay the other half and he gets the bot installed in his website or wherever
