Long story short: My system receives a list of employees that were late to work and by how many minutes I need to handle sms messaging to extract how they plan on making the time up And I return that to the companies system I was trying to create a user to kind of create a chat management system that once the sms api comes back, I can post the new response back to the conversation to continue If that makes sense
