I want to make a customer support ai chatbot integrated with WhatsApp for small to medium scale businesses. Here, when the customer asks a question, I don't want the bot to just copy and paste the answer from the knowledge base but tailor it properly as ChatGPT does. So can anyone advice me on how to achieve that?
