The verification process is difficult, but it's due to Meta's side of operations. Any chatbot-building platform has to go through that ( unless they are part of the Meta Partner scheme like ManyChat). Regarding ManyChat, I think they would need to be integrated to work alongside. As the same account can't be registered with multiple platforms.
