These bigger bots are mostly aimed at bigger companies. However, there are still so many businesses of small-mid sizes that would benefit from low-code chatbots. Also, some people would prefer to work with freelancers/agencies who can provide tailored help and interactions. The industry is still quite new though, so a lot of potential for everyone 🙂
