it depends on your client, but we usually see the second workflow happen more often. we imagine freelancing on Botpress to be: customer discovers Botpress > signs up > wants to hire an expert that's not to say that the opposite doesn't occur - so I really think it depends on how far along your client is in the Botpress lifecycle
