yes i saw this good solution ! but i just need to find a way to send only the interesting data ( if it's a complete bot, we don't need all the messages with the bot)

Interested to see what you guys come up with for HITL. There's also an opensource solution called Chatwoot that is very solid and supports multiple agents, automations, etc. https://www.tawk.to/ also seems very interesting for an integration.
