I need help for a workaround: I have an urgent problem: I query the KB twice. Figure 1: Without user interaction before querry, only via variables that were collected at some point beforehand. Unfortunately, the waiting time for the DB query is then displayed (until shortly before the result is displayed) without this animation of the dots. You get the impression that the chatbot has crashed. In Figure 2, the same query with variables plus the variable of the raw input is made with a raw input-card before and the points appear despite a longer waiting time.
