Hello, Everyone. I am developing a Internal staff chatbot for policy related queries for a client. The staff site is a intranet website, I've uploaded the policies in the KB in a doc format and provided the URL for the specific policies in Rich text. After asking a Query , the chatbot answers with a hyperlink, but upon clicking it redirects to a non-existent page on world wide web. Also, tried indexing the website, but it didn't work (is it because Botpress cannot add Intranet websites to its knowledge base ?) How can I add the URL/Link in KB of the intranet website, so it directs me to the proper page.
