Hey there, any other bot-builders out there experiencing 'Internal Server Errors' while the users are chatting to their bots? We have 2 live bots, a Webchat & Slack version, and both of them are experiencing issues. We monitor both of our bots closely so have been able to watch these issues happen in real time (as well as our client telling us their customers are trying to use the bots but they are broken...). We first noticed this a few weeks ago following a long period of time free of issues. The issues began after we made a small update then published it. Since then it's been awful. We believe that when we published a change this applied a new BP update which caused a cascade of problems. First all of our Generative AI Text cards broke & had to be fixed, which took days. Once these were fixed then started the Internal Server Errors which have persisted even onto a new Bot template which we were advised by BP to try. ⁠Live chatbot conversation sudde… I wish we were able to fix this ourselves, but surely a BP sys admin must be the one to be fixing server issues?
