I am a web developer and have built systems that access the database via API for data. For some of these systems, I have a need to expose them via a BOT (and Whatsapp - I have setup this already). The issue I am facing is that when I use Botpress, I am not able to make the BOT give the right response. I have two ideas in mind to accomplish this: a. exporting my data into datatables and accessing them using KB in the BOT (this is where I am struggling to make the Autonomous node give the right answer) and b. accessing the API from the BOT and passing on the results to an autonomous node. Any suggestions?
