Hello. No experience. But I am about to try a bot. Goal: Train employees/help employees troubleshoot (the only difference IMO is how long the employee has been there). We do Bookkeeping, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Payables for small businesses. 1) I want the bot to greet them, wehn they enter their name or employee number, the bot will show them the services available to them. then it will help from there. 2) to help them troubleshoot, i want to ask them what number they have in source documents and then ask what they have in other applications. and help do the math to determine the difference. I need to learn a lot any suggestions or tutorials are helpful.

Thank you. I will begin. And yes I have thought about hiring someone and it is an option later on. But i would need to maintenance to it in the future and having some knowledge can help me. Also, because i am new i want to understand more about what is needed before i ask.
