Understanding the conversation history I find the conversation history difficult to navigate and extract important info from. Basically I'm trying to understand how many actual conversations my bot has been having. I literally just redeployed the bot (I took it off the site for a bit), but I see there were "conversations" even when it wasn't online. What triggers a "conversation" technically? Is it simply the chat button being clicked, even if they send nothing to it? And if there is any way to filter for conversations that actually had some substance to them?
